SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All orders are normally processed and packed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received before 2pm (AWST) Monday to Friday, will be sent out the same day. However during our busy period, such as around the holidays, there may be a minor postal delay. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. Please take care to fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays.
